Some great renewable energy sources are the sun, the wind and water. All three sources are used to create electricity for use by different civilizations around the world.

Renewable energy sources will never run out. They are naturally replenished every day. But some of these sources do impact the environment.

Renewable energy sources most often impact the environment by being large and unpleasant to look at. Wind generators, solar panels and hydroelectricity dams take up a lot of space. Some people believe that this space could be used in a better way that beautifies the environment.
